This website is owned and operated by TGBF, Incorporated. TGBF, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "TGBF", "we" or "us") enter into this agreement with you ("the User", or "you") for purposes of determining fair usage of the services on this site (or "the site") and clearly defining the relationship between us and you. By using this site, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, in full or in part, you must exit the site at this time. If you have a user account registered with a valid and active email address, we will notify you of any changes to these terms. 1. User Eligibility

Membership on the site is void where prohibited. This site is intended for use by persons thirteen (13) years of age or older, or those under thirteen years of age if they have parental permission. We reserve the right to deny access to this site any any services provided by the site to you without notice or explaination.

2. Data Policies

We request some information from you for the purposes of providing you with extended services through this site. Such information, including but not limited to email, location, and full name, will not be shared with any third party without your consent.

We will store the password you provide for your user account in an encrypted format that is practically impossible to reverse. Your password is not stored in a readable format or in a way that it could be usable outside this site.

We employ some traffic monitoring and advertisment serving technology here. This requires the use of some cookies, and information collection for these purposes are done through Google. The information collected is to give us a better idea as to the type of traffic we're seeing on the site; Google may use the data to feed you ads they seem to think will be of interest to you (you'll have to ask them more about that).

All content and works on this site are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported License, granted that TGBF is properly credited and/or cited for any use of content provided here, within the redistributed or new composite work, as outlined in the licence.

This license applies also to any and all content that you may post to the site, not including your name, email or other strictly personal information. By posting anything to this site directly, you release all copyrights and claims to payment or royalties, and acknowledge that you have the rights to distribute any content you post to the site.
